The simpleRemote remote control is used to remotely control all BleBox controllers, such as roller shutters, gates, lighting and other devices. It allows for convenient, wireless management of devices using programmable buttons, without the need for a router. The remote control communicates directly with the controllers, ensuring two-way signal transmission.

**How does the simpleRemote remote control communicate?**
The simpleRemote remote control communicates directly with devices using the encrypted uWiFi protocol, operating in the 2.4GHz band, which does not require a connection to a Wi-Fi router or an internet connection. The transmission is two-way and resistant to interference, whilst communication between the remote control and the BleBox controllers takes place using μWiFi technology, ensuring feedback, rapid response and the security of commands.

**How is **the simpleRemote** powered?**
The simpleRemote is battery-powered. The device uses two LR03 / AAA alkaline batteries (3V).
​Under typical usage, the batteries in the simpleRemote should last up to 16 months, depending on the frequency of use (number of button presses) and environmental conditions.
